It’s up to you to say their names…

This time of year gratitude is everywhere but for those of us grieving, it can feel complicated. One thing I’ve found comfort in is the power of saying my son Nick’s name, sharing his stories, and finding ways to honor his memory. He was and still is a part of my life and always will be. Naming our loved ones and friends that are no longer here physically can be a simple yet powerful way to keep their light shining and it’s also a reminder that we’re not alone in remembering. This holiday season, say their name. It will give everyone else permission to say their name too.

I offer you the chance to post their name and picture on our private facebook page and we will say their names together. If you don’t have social media, but would like me to post your person for you, just send me a name and picture I will post it for you.

~ With care
